Yellow Marigold Note Card

The cover of the card displays a golden yellow marigold flower. The back of the card has a unique description of the history of marigolds and the significance of gifting the flower to someone.
In the Victorian Age, giving a flower to someone held a lot of meaning that could vary depending on the type and color of the flower. I wanted to add this notion of sending a message with flowers back into our modern lives through these cards.

The original flower was hand-painted and scanned to be edited and formatted for this card. Each card measures 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ on a beautiful heavyweight cardstock. The natural white 300 GSM paper is a smooth backdrop for the vibrant marigold flower. The envelope is a sturdy bright white that ensures your message remains private. To seal the envelope simply remove the seal strip and fold over using the pre-applied adhesive to close.
