The original pen and ink sketch, which I personally removed from my sketchbook, trimmed the edges, and float mounted in a natural wood frame.

Lake Union Park is a central hub of the city that creates space for groups to gather and spend time along the water in the middle of the city. This space celebrates how Seattle truly is a city that is a complex urban landscape surrounded by nature. When you look to the north you see Lake Union framed with greenery and to the south is a scene of modern buildings and skyscrapers.
When I drew this piece I was selling my artwork at the South Lake Union Sunday Market, facing the city and enjoying the cool breeze off the water. It was such a joy to see all the the doggos and families running around the park and feel the vibrant community of the city.

South Lake Union Market was hand-drawn with a black ink pen and water in a moleskin sketchbook.
The drawing is 4.5″x7.5″ and float mounted in an 11″x14″ frame.

A hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity is included in the back of the frame.
